Le buone idee, a volte, nascono dal risveglio in noi di un ricordo, legato ad un antico profumo o al riaffiorare di un gusto che ci fa rivivere un'emozione legata all'infanzia.
E dal ricordo dello squisito gusto dei prodotti dell'orto lavorati in casa dai miei nonni, è nata in me l'idea di produrre sott'oli e confetture. Quelle ricette, gelosamente custodite, mi sono state donate e così ho realizzato il mio sogno: produrre carciofini, favette, peperoni e conserve con solo prodotti naturali.
La bontà del loro gusto è assicurata, così come la loro genuinità.

Good ideas sometimes are born from our wake up to a memory linked to an ancient perfume or to a smell which comes back agian from our childhood. My idea to produce jams and oil vegetables came from the delicious smell of my grandparents' vegetables garden home made products.
These jelously kept recipeshave been transmitted to me and I have realized my dream: to produce "carciofini" (small in oil artichokes), "favette" (small broad beans), peppers and jams with natural organic product. The goodwill of their taste is promised as well as their genuinity.
